Aman Bhutani, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of GoDaddy, Aman brings over 20 years of experience in technical, management, and leadership roles ushering brands into new eras of innovation and global growth.

Prior to joining GoDaddy in 2019, Aman spent nearly a decade at Expedia Inc., where he served as Brand Expedia Group president from 2015 to 2019, and leadership roles of the worldwide engineering team culminating as chief technology officer from 2010 to 2015. Prior to joining Expedia, Aman held multiple technology roles at JPMorgan Chase and Co. and Washington Mutual, Inc. Prior to that, Aman founded and was the technical lead at a startup, and was a senior engineer at a consultancy.

In 2018, Aman was elected to the board of directors of The New York Times Company and currently serves on the Audit and Finance committees.

He earned his MBA from Lancaster University in Lancashire, England and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Delhi University. Aman and his family live in Washington in the Seattle area.

Roger Chen, Chief Operating Officer

Roger joined GoDaddy in 2015 as Vice President of Asia, and in 2018, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Asia Pacific region. In 2020, he became President of GoDaddy’s Domain Registrars and Investors Business. Roger holds a B.A. degree, with majors in Computer Science and Economics, from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mark McCaffrey, Chief Financial Officer

As GoDaddy’s Chief Financial Officer, Mark is responsible for the company’s accounting, finance, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, procurement, investor relations and global real estate departments.

Before joining GoDaddy, Mark spent over 20 years holding various roles at PwC in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. Mark most recently was its US TMT Sector Leader, guiding an experienced team of consultants working across clients in the TMT industries.

He also served as the Global Software Industry Leader for the firm, including the global engagement partner on several of PwC’s largest multinational software and services clients. Mark has experience as a strategic business advisor, with frequent speaking engagements at industry conferences world-wide and annual workshops for financial executives, operational executives, and board members. He also lectures at colleges and universities on the subject of leadership and frequently blogs on industry and leadership topics.

Mark’s career has centered on serving clients in the technology and media industries, particularly on organizations building their digital capabilities. As industries converge, digital innovation has been a hallmark of his work and his clients’ success. A graduate of Pace University, Mark was a member of the Board at the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose through 2017 and is currently a President of the Board Kristi Yamaguchi’s Always Dream Foundation.

Jared Sine, Chief Strategy & Legal Officer

As Chief Strategy & Legal Officer, Jared leads the Strategy, Legal, Corporate and Business Development functions at GoDaddy.

Prior to joining GoDaddy in 2024, Jared spent almost eight years at Match Group and served as Chief Business Affairs & Legal Officer since March 2021, overseeing privacy, safety and social advocacy, compliance, government affairs, corporate governance, general legal, aspects of corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to Match Group, Jared worked for Expedia Group as Vice President, Associate General Counsel (Mergers & Acquisitions and Integrations), where he led all legal aspects of Expedia’s mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives. 

He began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and later joined Latham & Watkins, where he advised leading Fortune 500 companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.

Jared holds a B.S. in Economics and a J.D. from Brigham Young University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and California.

Monica Bailey, Chief People Officer

As head of GoDaddy’s people and culture, Monica is responsible for talent and performance management, total rewards, learning and development, hiring, inclusion and partnership with our people and leaders worldwide. Since joining GoDaddy in 2013, Monica has implemented several initiatives including an updated performance review process in partnership with Stanford to reduce unconscious bias, while reinforcing great performance and a distinct culture. Additionally, she’s been instrumental in leveling and career structure, pay parity and an employee feedback engine to improve both GoDaddy’s culture and company.

Prior to GoDaddy, Monica worked at Microsoft for 17 years where she worked as a trusted business partner, helped create the HR Mergers and Acquisitions practice and ran the top of the house internal assessment and development program aimed at growing top talent for future challenges, including President and CEO successors for the company. She also ran her own HR coaching and consulting firm.

Monica holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Communications, with a focus on Women’s Studies from Washington State University.

Charles Beadnall, Chief Technology Officer

Charles is responsible for ensuring GoDaddy engineering delivers a more powerful, integrated experience to customers through the adoption of key technologies. He leads the company’s global platform and infrastructure organization.

Before joining GoDaddy in 2013, Charles was responsible for ad serving and personalization platforms at Yahoo! Prior to Yahoo!, he held engineering leadership positions at Metaweb Technologies, Verisign and WR Hambrecht + Co.

Charles studied at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Northwestern University.

Fara Howard, Chief Marketing Officer

Fara Howard joins us most recently from Amazon Fashion where she led Marketing for the US business.

Prior to Amazon, Fara was the Global Head of Marketing at Vans and had the honor of bringing their brand to life for their 50th Anniversary. Her career also includes over a decade at Dell, including leading North America Consumer and Small Business Marketing and establishing Dell’s in-house digital agency. She started her marketing career at Gatorade, which taught her the importance of intimately knowing your customer. She remains steadfast that marketing’s primary role is to understand and advocate for the customer.

Fara received her MBA at the University of Michigan—Go Blue!

She met her husband there as well so Ann Arbor holds a special place in her heart. Outside of the office, Fara is an avid athlete and loves doing anything outdoors, particularly if it involves her husband and three ridiculously active boys, ages 9, 10 and 11.

Demetria Elmore, President of Care & Services

As President of Care & Services, Demetria brings an extensive background in business innovation, strategy development, operations design and process improvement to her role.

Prior to her current position, Demetria led Care & Services for the GoDaddy Partners team. Prior to joining GoDaddy in July 2020, Demetria led customer service for premier customers at Stripe, ran global customer care operations for the Expedia brand portfolio, spent a decade consulting with Marriott International and worked as a consultant with Boston Consulting Group.

Demetria earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Yale University. She lives in a multi-generational home in Seattle with her mother and two children.

Kasturi Mudulodu, President, Commerce

Kasturi Mudulodu leads GoDaddy's commerce division, focusing on empowering entrepreneurs with robust ecommerce platforms and innovative point-of-sale systems. These solutions, coupled with competitive payment processing services, are designed to help businesses succeed online and offline, aligning with GoDaddy's commitment to comprehensive, accessible commerce tools.

Before her current role, Kasturi led product, go-to-market, and risk for GoDaddy's commerce team. Kasturi joined GoDaddy following the Poynt acquisition, where she led the transition from payment terminals to a payment facilitator. Her career also includes leadership roles in product management at YapStone, Worldpay, and Litle & Co. Her career began as a software engineer, contributing to her comprehensive understanding of the tech and payments industry.

A Northeastern University graduate with a Master of Computer Science, Kasturi resides in Northern California with her husband and two teenage kids. A lifelong meditator, she is passionate about hiking, and cooking Indian cuisine.

Paul Nicks, President, Domain Registrars and Investors

Paul joined GoDaddy in April 2007 as the development lead of CashParking and brought experience as an engineering generalist in SQL database management and front-end engineering for ASP and .Net technologies with his arrival. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Aftermarket – a role he held for over six years. In his time with the company, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility and scope in GoDaddy’s Aftermarket area of the business, including engineering and later the product side of the house.

In his current role, Paul oversees all areas of GoDaddy domains, registrar, corporate, and investors. Throughout his long tenure with the company, Paul has been passionate about customers and their experiences with GoDaddy's products and services. From making domain name investors more money to continuing to focus on experimentation, his mission remains constant: Help customers find not just any domain, but the right domain.

Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Capella University, and his Master of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Gourav Pani, President, US Independents

As President of US Independents, Gourav oversees all areas of GoDaddy's domestic business covering the Everyday Entrepreneur, which includes software and services such as GoDaddy Websites+Marketing that enable them. He joined GoDaddy in 2020 to lead GoDaddy.com, Search and Customer Marketing.

He focuses his teams on experimentation to rapidly learn and deliver simple and seamless experiences that increase customer value and trust.

A software engineer by trade, prior to GoDaddy, Gourav worked across a wide variety of verticals such as supply chain, IT services, SaaS, telecommunications and travel. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Computer Science and Economics from Hanover College.

Paul Bindel, President, GoDaddy Partners

As President of the Partners business, Paul oversees all areas of our GoDaddy's web designers and developers, resellers, agencies, and Pro focused brands. Paul also looks after the Global Hosting and Security products. Paul joined GoDaddy in 2014 to lead the ecommerce channel and more recently was the business leader of the Domains business unit. Prior to joining GoDaddy, he held multiple roles at Amazon and HP. Paul earned his Master of Sciences Degree in Electrical Engineering from ISEP (Paris, France). Paul is an avid athlete who loves to ride his bike and compete in triathlons. He enjoys the outdoors, particularly if it involves his family.

Laura Messerschmitt, President, GoDaddy International Independents

Laura leads GoDaddy's International Division, where she is responsible for the strategy, marketing, and operations for GoDaddy's business in 150 markets worldwide. She joined GoDaddy in 2012 when her startup, Outright, was acquired. Prior to her current role, she led customer care and sales for GoDaddy and founded GoDaddy’s Customer Experience team. Laura serves as the Executive Sponsor for our Women in Tech group and has served as a mentor for the Department of State’s TechWomen Program since 2017, where she mentors women from Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia who are pursuing careers in STEM. In 2019, she represented GoDaddy in a State Department delegation to Uzbekistan to promote women in technology. Laura has spent most of her career working with small businesses – Previously, she was at Intuit, leading product management for key small business product lines, and at Deloitte Consulting. Laura graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA with a degree in Mathematics and received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Brian Sharples, Board Chair and Former Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HomeAway

Brian Sharples co-founded HomeAway with Carl Shepherd in February 2005. He raised over $400 million in private funding to acquire market-leading vacation rental websites around the world. Mr. Sharples built HomeAway into a cohesive global network backed by a unified technology platform.

Mr. Sharples is the former president and chief executive officer of IntelliQuest Information Group, a supplier of marketing data and research to Fortune 500 technology companies. He also completed two successful public offerings and the subsequent sale of IntelliQuest to WPP Group.

An expert in technology brand strategy, Mr. Sharples has counseled several major brands, including Apple, Microsoft and Dell. He currently serves on the board of directors for RetailMeNot (NASDAQ: SALE), Fexy Media, and Twyla. He is an investment advisor to venture capital firm, Institutional Venture Partners, and private equity firm, Tritium Partners. Mr. Sharples is also a passionate entrepreneur and is currently involved with several startups.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in math and economics from Colby College and a master’s degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Herald Chen, President and CFO, AppLovin Corporation

Prior to this role, he was head of KKR’s Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) investing, focused primarily in the Americas, where he led the firm’s investment in AppLovin. He rejoined KKR in 2007, having previously worked for the firm from 1995 to 1997, and served as Chairman of the Board for several companies including BMC, Epicor Software, Optiv Security, and Mitchell International.

In addition to AppLovin, Herald serves on the Board of Directors of WebMD, Internet Brands, GoDaddy, Teach for America-Bay Area, and the University of Pennsylvania’s Management and Technology Program. His operational experience includes roles as CEO of ACMI Corporation and co-founder and CFO of Jamcracker, Inc.

He holds a B.S. and a B.S.E. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Caroline Donahue, Former Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Intuit

Caroline brings extensive operating experience in international sales and marketing and over 30 years in the high tech industry. Her expertise includes brand, digital marketing, customer acquisition, global expansion, multi-channel distribution, and sales management – with an emphasis on SMB. Caroline previously had roles at Intuit—Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, as well as Senior VP of Sales and Director of Sales and Marketing. She also had sales, channel management, and field marketing roles at Apple Inc., NeXT Computer, and Knowledge Adventure. She serves on several boards, including Experian PLC, a Global data and information services company based in London, Emerge America, a political non-profit focused on recruiting and training women to run for office, and the Computer History Museum, the premier institution focused on the past and present of the high tech industry. In addition, she is on the Executive Committee of Northwestern C100, a women’s professional networking and mentoring group, and is a mentor for She-Can, a non profit which helps women from Rwanda and Cambodia succeed in US colleges and beyond. Caroline has a B.A. in English from Northwestern University and resides in the Bay Area and New York City.

Mark Garrett, Former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Adobe

Mark believes that bold decision-making and transparency are critical to transforming and growing a company. Under his guidance, Adobe completed the fastest transition to a cloud-based subscription model among companies in the software industry. A “people’s CFO” with an MBA in organizational behavior, Mark is just as comfortable talking about numbers as he is about leading and developing teams. In 2015, the Silicon Valley Business Journal named him “Public Company CFO of the Year.” In 2017, Institutional Investor magazine ranked him No. 1 in the Best Software CFO category by sell-side analysts. Mark currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Pure Storage, Cisco and Snowflake.

While in college, Mark hoped to become a veterinarian, but quickly found out that accounting, not organic chemistry, was the right fit for him.

Leah Sweet, Former Senior Vice President PayPal

Leah Sweet is the former Senior Vice President at PayPal responsible for Global Design, Delivery and Operations and also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of PayPal. In such roles, she drove execution of the product strategy by fostering collaboration across the enterprise with responsibilities including PayPal Enterprise Product Delivery & Planning, User Experience & Design, Product World Readiness & Content Strategy, Product Risk Management and Business Operations.

She played a pivotal role in transforming PayPal’s product delivery team and processes to be customer-focused which enabled consistent double-digit revenue and EPS growth. As a member of PayPal’s Senior Leadership Team, she focused on enabling product delivery that supports its operational and financial metrics.

Prior to PayPal, Ms. Sweet worked at CA Technologies, where she led the Customer Success organization for its top 100 customers. She also previously served as Deputy CIO of the State of Arizona and spent eleven years at American Express in various product, technology, platform and security related roles.

Ms. Sweet is a board member of the Arizona Technology Council. She holds a degree in industrial engineering from Iowa State University. She resides in Arizona with her husband and family and is a lifelong student of science, history, culture and the arts as well as an avid sports enthusiast.

Srinivas Tallapragada, President and Chief Engineering Officer of Salesforce

Srini is President and Chief Engineering Officer of Salesforce. Srini leads a global engineering team responsible for building, securing and delivering the real time Salesforce Customer360 and Hyperforce, a reimagination of the Company’s platform architecture that empowers customers to securely deploy Salesforce apps and services from anywhere. Before his appointment to his current role in 2019, Srini was President, EVP, and SVP of Engineering at Salesforce. In this role as head of engineering for Salesforce for more than 10 years, Srini was responsible for delivering numerous organic product and platform innovations as well as integrating and scaling numerous acquisitions. Before joining Salesforce in 2012, Srini held roles at Oracle and SAP leading the development of core enterprise software applications. Srini also served as an independent director on the board of Avalara from July 2021 until October 2022 when Avalara became a private company. Srini holds an PGDM from XLRI in Jamshedpur, India, and a BTech in Computer science from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Warangal, India.

Sigal Zarmi, Senior Advisor, Boston Consulting Group, Inc. and Board Member of ADT Inc. and Hashicorp Inc.

Ms. Zarmi has over 35 years of experience in large scale digital transformation, technology operations, strategic planning, leadership and talent development. She is currently a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group, Inc., a global management consulting firm and a Board Member at ADT and Hashicorp. Prior to this she served as Morgan Stanly’s International CIO and Global Head of Transformation. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ms. Zarmi was Vice Chairman - Global and US CIO of PwC. Before that, she was the CIO of GE Capital Americas, where she spent 18 years in various executive technology and operations leadership positions. Ms. Zarmi holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York City and a B.S. in Engineering from the Technion—Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
